  • Friday 27 May : Official opening of Exhibition and Festival at 7.00pm.

Broad Haven
2pm - 4pm : History Exhibition at the Field Study Centre, next to the Youth Hostel.
10am - 8pm : Bible Exhibition - celebrating 400 years of the King James Translation - at Broad Haven Baptist Chapel.
Afternoon : Eva's Restaurant : special Latvian afternoon teas at £3.50 per head.
The Ocean Restaurant, Broad Haven: Welsh Beer and Cider Festival: £1 entry with souvenir glass. Live music and BBQ. (Weather dependent)
Little Haven 10am - 4pm. : "Try a Craft": Jewellery Making with Mandy
6pm - 8pm : "Big Mouth" (all ages) on The Village Green, Little Haven. Throw rugby balls through the "Big Mouth" and win a rugby ball or shirt signed by the Welsh Rugby Squad. Collect entry forms and rules from Ceir's Cafe.

"Try a Craft": Decorate a Cake with Sugarcraft specialist Lou Hardie - groups of 4 - 5 in 30 minute sessions.
12 Noon : Guided walk of Little Haven and a small part of the Coast Path. A 2 hour easy stroll starting from the Village Hall in Little Haven. £3 per person.

From 6pm : Quiz and Curry Night at The St. Bride's Inn, Little Haven. (Curry from 6pm. Quiz from 9pm.)
6pm - 8pm : "Big Mouth" (all ages) on The Village Green, Little Haven. Throw rugby balls through the "Big Mouth" and win a rugby ball or shirt signed by the Welsh Rugby Squad. Collect entry forms and rules from Ceir's Cafe.
   
Friday 3 June

12 Noon - 5pm : The Annual Sandcastle Competition on Broad Haven beach. Prizes and BBQ at the Youth Hostel afterwards.

Little Haven
10am to 2pm : "Try a Craft" : Silk Painting with Pauline (Possibly an afternoon session as well.)
2pm - 5pm : Demonstration of turning wooden spinning tops with Doug Harvey.
6pm - 8pm : "Big Mouth" (all ages) on The Village Green, Little Haven. Throw rugby balls through the "Big Mouth" and win a rugby ball or shirt signed by the Welsh Rugby Squad. Collect entry forms and rules from Ceir's Cafe. Top tied scores will have a play off to find the overall winner.
7pm : "Ready, Steady, Cook!" with Phill Vickery and Bob Inglesant. Tickets: £3 available from the Hall during Festival Week or Telephone 01437 781339.

Broad Haven  
Little Haven 5pm : The Big Raffle Draw in Little Haven Hall. 1st Prize : 1 week in Lanzarote - subject to conditions; flights and transfers not included. 2nd prize: £50.
 
There will be a small charge at the Try a Craft events marked with a * to cover the cost of materials. Other demonstrations are free.
There will be a small entry free for evening events and a glass of wine or soft drinks and lightrefreshments will be available.

TOWER HILL ARTISTS EXHIBITION 2011 : PART OF THE HAVENS FESTIVAL

Tower Hill Artists will be holding their annual Exhibition and Sale of paintings at Little Haven Hall from Thursday 26 May - Sunday 5 June 2011. Open daily 10am - 6pm with tea, coffee and cake available. The "Try a Craft" events and various Demonstrations will also be held throughout the Exhibition eg. have a go at throwing a pot on the potter's wheel; felt making etc. Due to the popularity of these hands-on experiences, a booking system will be in operation from the beginning of Festival week - so to avoid disappointment book early!
